Welcome to SHUMPHY India. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About SHUMPHY India SHUMPHY India is a premium luxury streetwear brand with design headquarters in Germany and operations serving customers across India. We operate in compliance with the applicable laws of the Republic of India.

2. Acceptance of Terms By using our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You have read and agree to these Terms
  • You have read and agree to our Privacy Policy
  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law

3. Products & Availability

  • All products are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time
  • Product colours may appear slightly different on screen due to monitor calibration
  • We make every effort to ensure accurate product descriptions but do not warrant they are error-free
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

4. Pricing & Payments All prices are listed in INR (₹) inclusive of GST. Prices may change at any time without notice. The price at the time of order placement is the final agreed price.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit Cards and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
  • UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM)
  • Net Banking
  • Razorpay Payment Gateway
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

All online payments are processed securely via Razorpay (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant). SHUMPHY India does not store your card or banking details.

5. Order Confirmation An order is confirmed and a binding contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation email from SHUMPHY India or your payment is successfully processed. SHUMPHY India reserves the right to cancel any order due to out-of-stock items, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to deliver. A full refund will be processed in such cases.

6. User Accounts You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@shumphy.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property All content on the SHUMPHY India website — including the brand name, logo, product designs, photographs, graphics, and text — is the intellectual property of SHUMPHY India and is protected under Indian and international law. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or modify any SHUMPHY content without prior written permission.

8. Prohibited Conduct When using our website and services, you agree NOT to:

  • Use our website for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders or information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
  • Scrape or data-mine our website without written permission
  • Post defamatory or abusive content in reviews or communications
  • Resell SHUMPHY products commercially without prior written authorisation

9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, SHUMPHY India shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits or data, delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, or damage caused by misuse of products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant order.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Disputes will first be resolved amicably through our support team. If unresolved, they will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City, India].

11. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
