Shipping policy

SHUMPHY India — Shipping Policy Effective Date: January 1, 2025 | Last Updated: January 1, 2026

1. Shipping Destinations SHUMPHY India currently ships to all states and union territories within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: ₹99 flat fee per order
  • Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999
  • Express Shipping (select pin codes): Charges shown at checkout

3. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. During high-demand periods (sale launches, festive season), processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

4. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (Pan India)
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (select pin codes)
  • Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 2–4 business days

Delivery estimates are in business days and exclude Sundays and public holidays.

5. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number. You can track your order directly on the courier partner's website. For assistance, email info@shumphy.com with your order number.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) COD is available across all serviceable pin codes in India at no additional charge.

  • Please keep the exact order amount ready at the time of delivery.
  • COD orders are subject to address verification before processing.
  • If payment is refused at delivery, future COD orders may be restricted.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address SHUMPHY India is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Address changes can be requested within 2 hours of placing an order by emailing info@shumphy.com. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.

8. Shipping Delays SHUMPHY India is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, public holidays, courier partner delays, incorrect address information, or remote/restricted delivery areas.

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at info@shumphy.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number, photos of the damage, and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
