Sizing & Fit
How do your sizes run? Our regular fits are true to size. Oversized tees run intentionally roomy — size down for a relaxed fit. See our [Size Guide] for measurements.
Will the tee shrink after washing? All Shumphy garments are pre-shrunk. With cold wash, expect minimal further shrinkage (under 2%).
What if my size doesn't fit? No problem. We offer free size exchanges within 7 days of delivery. WhatsApp us and we'll arrange a pickup.
Fabric & Quality
What does GSM mean? GSM stands for grams per square metre — it's how fabric weight is measured. Most fast-fashion tees are 140–180 GSM. Ours are 220–240 GSM, meaning denser fabric that holds its shape and lasts longer.
Is the cotton 100% pure? Yes. All our tees are made from 100% combed cotton sourced from Indian mills.
How do I wash my Shumphy tee? Cold machine wash, inside out, with similar colours. Tumble dry low or line dry. Iron on reverse if needed. Avoid bleach.
Shipping
How long does delivery take? 3–5 business days across India. Metro cities usually receive within 3 days.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery? Yes, COD is available on all orders across India.
Is shipping free? Free shipping on orders over ₹1,999. Below that, a flat ₹99 shipping fee applies.
Do you ship internationally? Not currently — we ship within India only. International shipping is coming soon.
How do I track my order? You'll receive a tracking link by SMS and email once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy? 7 days from delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Initiate returns by WhatsApp or email.
Are returns free? Free returns and exchanges within India. We arrange the reverse pickup.
When will I get my refund? Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item, to your original payment method.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept? UPI, all major credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery.
Can I cancel my order? Yes, before it ships. Email or WhatsApp us within 12 hours of placing the order.
